News reports of economic growth indicate rising coherence in collective consciousness

Continuing his recent report on indications of rising collective consciousness around the world, Dr Peter Swan, Minister of Communication for the Global Country of World Peace, said that large groups of Yogic Flyers in the Invincible America Assembly, and in schools and the military in Latin America; as well as Maharishi Vedic Pandits in India 'are creating a powerful wave of coherence in collective consciousness that is sweeping the world onto a higher quality of life'.

Speaking on the Maharishi Channel,* Dr Swan mentioned first the improved economy in Germany, described in two news reports on 13 August—one by Reuters in Berlin, that 'German gross domestic product grew 2.2 percent in the second quarter, the biggest gain since reunification' and well above previous forecasts. This news was also reported by the Associated Press.

In the same article, the Associated Press also reported that 'the economy of the 16 countries that use the euro expanded by a better-than-expected 1 percent during the second quarter. . . . The eurozone grew at its quickest rate in nearly four years. . . . That defied expectations from just a couple of months ago when Europe was threatened by a severe government debt crisis.'

Dr Swan expressed appreciation for Maharishi Mahesh Yogi's great gifts to the world of the knowledge and the technologies of consciousness, saying that the effect of rising world consciousness from the influence of large groups of Yogic Flyers is becoming increasingly apparent in world events.
