Creating invincibility for a nation from the level of silence

One thousand boys and girls are practising Yogic Flying in a school in Latin America, and the deep silence they are awakening in the atmosphere through their practice is creating an effect throughout their nation, said Dr Jose Luis Alvarez, Administrator of Latin America for the Global Country of World Peace, in MERU, Holland on 27 July. With seven Latin American countries now having achieved invincibility, he feels confident that invincibility for any nation is now possible everywhere.

Dr Alvarez commented that every year when Guru Purnima comes, it transforms everything and launches everything anew. 'We have learnt from Maharishi that a little exposure to Total Knowledge takes away great fear. It transforms everything very quickly. . . . Life becomes more full,' he said.

He described the quality of deep silence created in the atmosphere by 1,000 girls and boys practising Yogic Flying in one school as being 'so thick and intense' that 'we cannot say one word when we come near to [it]'. That deep silence, enlivened by the student Yogic Flyers from within their own Transcendental Consciousness, is 'overtaking' their nation, he commented.

Dr Alvarez expressed his confidence that this effect can be created in the whole world now, 'and it's as easy as transcending'*—with groups of Yogic Flyers practising together, 'the destiny of a nation is melted in the totality'.

Seven nations are now invincible in Latin America.** This knowledge of life deserves to be the reality of every country, he said, because it is the basic reality of every country. These seven countries achieving invincibility have given us a taste of what is possible, and have launched an irreversible trend of rising invincibility throughout the world.

He commented that a new Latin America has been dawning in the last years, and that they hear people speaking and read commentators' words in the newspapers, 'What is happening there?' 'We remember Maharishi saying that this is the joy of the gardener,' Dr Alvarez said. The gardener knows the people are enjoying the fruit, and he just quietly enjoys that.

'We feel we can revitalize the whole continent from silence,' he said. 'That is what we can do and . . . [it is] our wish to be able to do this much faster and more strongly, more boldly, so we can see it everywhere.'

* Transcending: The process of the mind settling down and experiencing increasingly refined levels of its own activity, eventually going beyond, transcending, the finest level of thinking and experiencing the unbounded field of Transcendental Consciousness.
