A Maharishi Gandharva Veda Flute and Tabla course is scheduled to start on 20 August. The course will take place in the atmosphere of coherence and harmony created by a large group of over 100 Yogic Flyers in Seelisberg, Switzerland.
The coherence-creating group consists mainly of members of the Mother Divine Programme,* Transcendental Meditation Teacher Training Course participants, and a World Peace Assembly of Yogic Flyers, said Raja Felix Kaegi, Raja of Invincible Switzerland for the Global Country of World Peace.**
This location features a grand assembly hall carefully designed for optimal acoustics by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi along with experts in this field.
Raja Felix said he feels that acoustics are a vital aspect of Maharishi Vedic Architecture, because through the sense of hearing one can either be disturbed or supported.
In the Maharishi Samadhi Smarak, for example, the acoustics should be such that the attention is drawn within and one feels deep silence. On the other hand, the recitations of Maharishi Vedic Pandits are meant to vibrate out into the world, so acoustics are designed accordingly, he said.
Such aspects of Maharishi's knowledge as Yagyas, Vedic recitations by Vedic Pandits, and Maharishi Vedic Vibration Technology utilize sound vibrations to create peace, harmony, and health.
The Maharishi Gandharva Veda Flute and Tabla course to be held from 20-27 August is a Festival of World Peace. 'Through vibrations peace can be created,' Raja Felix said, adding that 'if the hall is properly designed it will actually amplify [the effect].'
* 'Mother Divine' refers to the nourishing, evolutionary power of Natural Law lively within all of creation and within the silent consciousness of everyone. The Mother Divine Programme, inaugurated in 1981, is an advanced fulltime programme for ladies to accelerate their progress to higher states of consciousness and enliven 24-hour bliss in daily life. Their role is also to radiate a powerful global influence of harmony and bliss in large, permanent coherence-creating groups of Yogic Flyers, and through administering the activities of the Global Mother Divine Organization in 192 countries. (The Global Mother Divine Organization, established in December 2007, is the ladies' wing of the Global Country of World Peace.)
