Third International Congress of the Global Mother Divine Organization convenes 19-23 July in MERU, Holland

The Global Mother Divine Organization* inaugurated its Third International Congress today in MERU, Holland, which will extend from 19 to 23 July.

Attending the Congress are delegations of leaders and members of the Global Mother Divine Organization (GMDO) from around the world, including Raj Rajeshwaris,* National Directors, and lady Teachers and practitioners of the Transcendental Meditation and Transcendental Meditation Sidhi Programme, including Yogic Flying.

During the Congress, delegates from each country will report on achievements, and each of the organization's five international foundations will give inspiring presentations on their latest programmes--'What's New' in Development of Consciousness, Health Care, Education, Music and Culture, as well as in Digital Media.

Highlights of the Congress

Session 1 — 19 July evening: Welcome

Session 2 — 20 July afternoon: GMDO - What's New in Health Care
Advances in health care of interest to ladies, including Jyotish for women.

Session 3 — 20 July evening: GMDO - What's New in Digital Media

Session 4 — 21 July afternoon: GMDO - What's New in Development of Consciousness
Planning for invincibility groups of Yogic Flyers for ladies and girls. Review of courses and course materials for every country, including those for the new younger generation.

Session 5 — 21 July evening: GMDO - What's New in Music and Culture
Recitals from world-renowned Maharishi Gandharva Veda vocalist Shrimati Anita Roy, and highly-acclaimed Indian classical musician Pandita Shubhada Paradkar.

Session 6 — 22 July afternoon: GMDO - What's New in Education
Presentations on the Curriculum of Total Knowledge, Maharishi University of Enlightenment, Maharishi College of Enlightenment, and the success of school and university teaching projects around the world.

Session 7 — 22 July evening: Maharishi University of Enlightenment—Awarding of Honorary Doctoral Degrees
to several outstanding ladies from around the world.

Session 8 — 23 July afternoon: Achievements of the Global Mother Divine Organization
Waves of fulfilment from every country on the first day of the Guru Purnima Assembly** in MERU.

During the Congress, delegates will also enjoy participating in group practice of the Transcendental Meditation and Transcendental Meditation Sidhi Programme; and there will be a special opportunity to hear Vedic Recitations by Maharishi Vedic Pandits for the success of the organization around the world.

The Congress immediately precedes the weeklong global celebration of Guru Purnima that will be held in MERU starting on 23 July. Many delegates will be staying on for the Assembly, with evening garden concerts for the Maharishi Gandharva Veda Festival for World Peace on 24 and 25 July.

* 'Mother Divine' refers to the nourishing, evolutionary power of Natural Law lively within all of creation and within the silent consciousness of everyone. The Global Mother Divine Organization, established in December 2007, is the ladies' wing of the Global Country of World Peace.
