Presenting Maharishi's Invincible Defence to the people of Denmark

During his recent tour of Denmark—in which he presented Maharishi's programme of Invincible Defence to military leaders of the Danish Armed Forces—Lt Colonel Gunther Chasse, International Deputy Minister of Invincible Defence for the Global Country of World Peace, also gave presentations to the general public, which were received enthusiastically.

Speaking on the Maharishi Global Family Chat, Col Chasse said the lectures for the public were held in three cities, and covered the topic 'Perfect Inner and Outer Security'. Local Teachers of the Transcendental Meditation Technique also spoke and highlighted the personal benefits of Transcendental Meditation.

The audiences listened attentively and many people expressed their interest in learning the Transcendental Meditation Programme.

The final event of Col Chasse's tour was a presentation to a group of medical students at the University of Copenhagen. Col Chasse and the other speakers discussed Transcendental Meditation and health—health of the individual, health of the nation, and health of the world.

It was a highlight of the entire tour, Col Chasse said, and one of the most profound events. The young, bright, very intelligent students closely followed the three-hour talk and asked questions about everything. They were so interested in every aspect of knowledge presented, that the lecture became a discussion. They wanted to know more about Transcendental Meditation, more about Yogic Flying, more about the scientific research. The speakers were able to go deeply into the knowledge, and it was an extraordinary event for speakers and audience alike.

This meeting with the young medical students indicates the tremendous potential for practical use of Maharishi's programmes by future medical doctors in Denmark, Col Chasse said.

Commenting on Col Chasse's summary of his tour, Raja Bjarne Landsfeldt, Raja of Invincible Denmark for the Global Country of World Peace, said it was a highly successful tour. Raja Bjarne said that the presentations were especially effective because the knowledge was presented by Colonel Chasse, an expert in the military field. Raja Bjarne recommended that other nations invite Colonel Chasse to speak to their militaries about Maharishi's programmes for national invincibility.
