Address of Maharaja Adhiraj Raja Raam during the Vedic Celebration of Raam Navami

Following Vedic recitations broadcast from the Brahmasthan (geographical centre of India) in honour of the Vedic Calendar day of Raam Navami, Maharaja Adhiraj Raja Raam, First Sovereign Ruler of the Global Country of World Peace, requested that Maharishi's address on Raam Navami of 2007 be broadcast.

Following is the address of Maharaja Adhiraj Raja Raam at the conclusion of the day's celebration:

'Raam Brahm paramarath rupa. Raam is pure spirituality, pure Being, wholeness, Totality, that covers all infinity and all points. Raj dukh kahu na vyapa, ''During the reign of Raam Raj no one knows suffering. Suffering is non-existing''. That is Heaven. Heaven is the place we know to be the place of living bliss.

'Maharishi has given us the knowledge and technology to live Heaven within ourselves. Everyone of us has experienced that pure unbounded Being, which is bliss consciousness.

'And we all have known the different levels of Heaven. When we transcend, that is a heavenly life. When we wake up or open the eyes and feel the transcendence continuing, and feel that unity with everything that is around us, that is pure Being expressed in a living reality. That is Heaven.

'It is so beautiful when I have the chance to sit and meet the Council of Rajas and Ministers [of the Global Country of World Peace] and everyone involved in our family here, I also feel Heaven being lived on a social level.

'This group that embodies Raam and embodies Brahm, embodies wholeness, Totality, because we have in us alive enough, the teaching and the knowledge of his Divine Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi:

'Gurur Brahma, Gurur Vishnur, Gurur Devo Maheshwara, Guru Sakshat Param Brahma, tasmai Shri Gurave namaha. —Param Brahma [transcendental Totality], that is the Guru.

'That is what has been created in us. That is what has been created for us to give to the entire world family. Our Heaven on Earth, which we are living together, needs to expand and become the Heaven on Earth for all mankind.

'This is our goal, our one-pointed, sole, unique goal—that the gift of infinity be shared by everyone in our family, and our close people, and extended from them to the entire world.

'That is Raam Raj. That is in our unity, our togetherness, our single-pointed purity of intention and desire—that we can create what Maharishi has wanted, that we can really, really then give justice to Maharishi's knowledge. That is today's inspiration from Raam Navami. Jai Guru Dev.'
