Holland honours Founder of Invincibility

The outstanding contributions of Dr Jacques Uijen towards creating peace and invincibility for Holland were celebrated on 29 September during the Global Family Chat, broadcast daily on the Maharishi Channel via satellite and over the Internet. Dr Uijen has been a leader of the worldwide organization of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi for many years and is highly respected as a key figure in the international administrative centre of the Global Country of World Peace in Holland.

Due to the determined focus and skilful organizing power of Dr Uijen, an ideal setting was created for all the great achievements and progress of the global organization over the past 17 years. Holland's central position in the time zones of the world has provided Maharishi, who is the Founder of the Global Country of World Peace, with the best possible base for easy and direct communication with the 192 countries around the globe where invincibility is being established.

In recognizing Dr Uijen's numerous achievements, Dr Paul Gelderloos, Prime Minister of the Global Country of World Peace for Holland, described how Maharishi had come to Holland seventeen years earlier, expecting to return to India. Dr Uijen, who had enjoyed a career as a highly successful businessman, worked with great determination, efficiency, and astute business expertise, to create an infrastructure so that Maharishi's organization could enjoy a permanent international administrative centre in Holland. Dr Gelderloos expressed gratitude on behalf of all the Founders of Invincibility in Holland for the invaluable contributions Dr Uijen had made during his many years of leadership.
