Today is the 22nd day of the sixth month of Dutch national consciousness rising to invincibility, as indicated by the following press reports:

3 October 2006

Het Financieele Dagblad: 'Optimism has a strong hold on investors' - The Postbank Investor's Barometer, which measures the confidence of private investors, was 159 in September, a record since the beginning of the poll in 2002. The number 159, on a scale of 0 to 200, means very optimistic.

De Telegraaf: 'Pessimists on stock exchange are forced to back down' - Just like the Dow Jones index reached an all-time high, so did the Postbank Investor's Barometer gain an all-time high.

Het Financieele Dagblad: 'The changes leading to a more sustainable world ought to go much faster, says Crown Prince Willem-Alexander' - Crown Prince Willem-Alexander opened the three-day conference of the Global Initiative on Sustainability by saying that he likes the Native American saying which states that we did not inherit the earth from our great-grandparents, but that we are borrowing it from our great-grandchildren. The prince would like to see consumer awareness change at a faster pace.

Het Financieele Dagblad: 'Sustainability essential part of doing business' - Philips CEO Kleisterlee observes that industry has learned that sustainability is an essential part of doing business, and not as a nice extra or a smart public relations instrument.

Het Financieele Dagblad: 'Vinex-house sold faster. House prices increased with 4.6% on annual basis' - Houses in newly built neighbourhoods in the suburbs of large cities are being sold faster and at higher prices than expected. House buyers appreciate the technical aspects. The average house price is currently 4.6% higher than it was during the same quarter last year, and 0.8% higher in price than in the second quarter of 2006.

De Telegraaf: 'Prime Minister teaches class in respect' - The Prime Minister was one of the 100 famous Dutchmen who taught a class yesterday on the Day of Respect. The children and the Prime Minister spoke one hour about respect, and on how children can contribute to a safer and better world.

Creating national invincibility

Groups of experts in Yogic Flying are engaged in creating coherent national consciousness in the Netherlands, United States, Canada, Hamsa (Hungary), and an increasing number of other nations, which are enjoying a dramatic and sustained upsurge in positive economic and social trends.

Dr Paul Gelderloos, Prime Minister of the Global Country of World Peace for the Netherlands, reports that 400 Yogic Flyers have been assembled at MERU, the Netherlands, since 12 April 2006.

Extensive research published in the world's leading scientific journals has found that the group practice of the Transcendental Meditation Sidhi Programme Yogic Flying by the square root of one per cent of a population is sufficient to reduce negative trends, including crime and violence, and to promote positive economic and social tendencies throughout society.

The cost to train and employ such a group is a small fraction of what any government spends on its military in a single day.

Maharishi's approach to invincibility is in sharp contrast to the conventional military approach. 'Our approach does not require the government to sacrifice the youth for the sake of the nation—because when the youth are killed in war, then for whom is the nation?' Maharishi said.

The harmony and progress of the human race are founded on the internal harmony and progress of every individual. No stress, no strain, no impediment, no difficulty can withstand the totally benign influence of the enlivenment of the Unified Field of Natural Law, the field of Transcendental Consciousness, the field of pure knowledge, through Maharishi's Transcendental Meditation and TM-Sidhi Programme.
