Date set for Sino-Indian border talks

On 23 September 2005 The Indian Express reported: China has expressed hope that the upcoming representative-level talks with India on 26-27 September could provide a 'just solution'. It said that guiding principles agreed upon by the two countries during the Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao's April visit to India would set the course for border and all other bilateral issues. Exuding optimism about the dialogue, the Chinese spokesman in Beijing said that the upcoming talks between India's National Security Advisor M.K.
