World to have Vedic medical colleges soon: Maharishi

On 16 July 2004 Age of Enlightenment News Service reported: His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi has announced that he would soon open Vedic medical colleges all over the world to make medical fraternity see human physiology through consciousness. He said this concept would be premised on the discovery of the first ruler of Global Country Raja Nader Ram, about the presence of Veda and Vedic literature in human physiology. Raja Nader Ram in his amazing discovery had found Vedic mantras, Devatas, yoga sutras, bramha sutras, gyan sutras, karma sutras and sankhya sutras in human physiology. He was addressing the Indian media in his weekly press conference on Maharishi Channel.

The greatest scientist of consciousness said that these colleges would teach Vedic physiology through which the people would get to know how consciousness had created human physiology and how the treatment and cure of this physiology was possible only through Vedic mantras and sutras. 'The science of consciousness is the biggest science in the universe.' he claimed.

Maharishi said that this entire concept could be understood through the domain of sap which manifests itself through leaves, flowers, stem and fruits. 'The same relationship exists between consciousness and physiology', he added.

Maharishi once again emphasised the imperative need to introduce Vedic education or Consciousness based Education in schools and colleges as only it can realise totality, knowledge and bramha in the lives of the people. He said that the attempts to distort this great knowledge had caused devastation all over. The Vedic Education is the science of karma which could be attained by raising the consciousness to the highest level or the level of transcendence.

The founder of the worldwide Transcendental Meditation (TM) movement said that 3000 Peace Palaces being established in the prominent cities all over world, would soon start radiating harmony and positivity. The Ramraj capitals would support the local administration through Laws of Nature and purge that city or region of all negative tendencies and conflicts.

Responding to a query, Maharishi said that he would not be going to resort to revolution or rallies to establish Ramraj. 'Once the darkness is removed, the Ramraj will establish itself automatically.' He said that in Ramraj, concept is important. The rule of Bharata in Ayodhya was not named after him. It was called the Ramraj.

Maharishi said that he needed only one lakh bramhacharis belonging to the four varnas (four divisions) of the society to establish totality in everyone's life. The system of four varnas is a scientific concept of co-existence as all four are supportive of one another, he reminded emphatically.
