India: Free Maharishi Ayurveda camp to be offered in Lucknow - 6 August

The organization offering Maharishi Ayurveda health care programmes in India is offering a free Ayurveda and Panchkarma camp in Lucknow on 6 August 2011. The one-day camp will be conducted by Dr Anurag Dikshit and Dr Manoj Mishra, eminent Ayurveda experts.

Dr Dikshit and Dr Mishra will give consultations including the special form of pulse diagnosis used in Maharishi Ayurveda, as well as recommendations for diet and distribution of Ayurvedic medicines.

The age-old system of medicine known as the Maharishi Panchakarma programme is a therapeutic process of Ayurveda that has been found to be beneficial for a wide spectrum of diseases. The treatment has proved beneficial in arthritis, low back ache, paralysis, cough and cold, asthma, heart disease, hypertension, stress, lack of concentration, insomnia, migraine, skin diseases, and many other ailments.
