Dr Rainer Picha, Minister of Health for the Global Country of World Peace, addressed the October graduation of the Maharishi Light Therapy with Gems Practitioner Training Course in MERU, Holland.

The theme of this training course is refinement of consciousness and balance in the physiology, Dr Picha commented. Maharishi Light Therapy with Gems is one of the 40 approaches of Maharishi Ayur-Veda; at Maharishi Health Centres around the world, all these approaches will be integrated with modern medicine.

One graduate, from Quebec in Canada, said that during the training course she experienced great bliss and energy, and that many of her desires have been fulfilled. Dr Joachim Roller, who developed the programme under the guidance of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, had explained to this participant that in the body are traces of the elements that are found in the earth, and with Maharishi Light Therapy with Gems, these elements are enlivened. As a result of the treatments she received during the course, she felt great happiness and a deep and fulfilling connection to the earth.

A man from Hungary commented that this new technology created so much bliss for him; the course was really enjoyable and he had gained so much growth of consciousness. He expressed his deep gratitude to Maharishi, and also to Dr Joachim Roller and Iris Roller. During the course, through the light of the gems, he experienced new orderliness in his physiology and consciousness. He described a special experience of feeling united with one gem in particular.

Maharishi Light Therapy with Gems is one modality of Maharishi's Vedic Approach to Health; all of Maharishi's Consciousness-Based approaches and Vedic Technologies of Consciousness will be used as a means to address diseases and promote perfect health. 'Research will be a key to further expand this modality,' Dr Picha said.
