In his address to the India Media on the eve of Guru Purnima, His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, announced that the Ramraj Parliaments will soon become functional at every level all over the world.

Maharishi said that the prime objective of these Parliaments will be to establish a link between the Constitution of the Universe and the constitution of the nation.

Elaborating on the concept of Ramraj Capitals, the greatest scientist of Consciousness said that the members of these Capitals will be the prominent and the expert people of the region. They will create the impact of totality in the areas which lack it.

The Vedic Technologies that these Capitals propagate will influence all realms of administration: education, health, business, industries, management, etc. Maharishi said that these Capitals will be supported by the 5-6 groups of 8,000 Yogic Fliers. The Yogic Fliers, with their consciousness raised to the highest level, can lift their bodies, defying the principle of gravitational force, he added.

Maharishi said that the concept of Ramraj Capitals has become all the more important in the background of failing administration at every level, largely due to the West-influenced policies of the government. He exhorted the people not to press too much for electricity, water, or roads, but instead ask the leaders to provide them with Vedic Education and Vedic Health.

The whole strategy of government is aimed at making people live in illusion about their promises, so that the real problem can not be identified. Linking Consciousness-Based Education with the human physiology, the Founder of the Worldwide Transcendental Meditation Movement said that there are as many Devatas in the body as kriyas in the physiology, each containing specific power. He said that these powers can be attained by invoking the Devatas.

Maharishi also mentioned the famous discovery of the First Ruler of the Global Country of World Peace, His Majesty Raja Nader Ram, on the presence of Veda and Vedic Literature in human physiology. This famous discovery should be taught to all the rulers in the world so that the life of everyone gets nourishment and fulfilment, he added.

Maharishi said that members of Ramraj Capitals would influence West-inspired Indian press. 'The India Media should press for change in the anti-religious leadership of the country, and help the nation break free of western 'diplomacy'. He said that a majority of people, nearly 90 per cent, follow the Sanatan Dharma. Every government should respect their sentiments, he added.

Maharishi said that Nehru 'propelled' the constitution, which is a sin, as it is opposed to the spirit of Sanatan Dharma. Nehru was the one who propagated English education in the country.

Maharishi also said that the government should do away with modern education, and introduce Consciousness-Based Education in schools and colleges. The Founder of the Global Country of World Peace said that in India every home is the Capital of Ramraj. The people recite Ramayana and Vedas. They go for Griha Shanti, Anushthan, and Yagyas. The people in India know Total Knowledge.

Maharishi said that as long as the parliament of the nation and important buildings of administration are not constructed according to Vastu, the people and the nation will continue to face confusion, problems, and conflicts.
