Cassie Forward is a student from Bedford, New York, majoring in Sustainable Living at Maharishi University of Management in Fairfield, Iowa, USA.

'For the first time in my life [I] am finding myself actually looking forward to going to class every day,' she says.

Cassie's mother has seen many positive changes in her daughter since she began as an MUM student. 'When she came home for the winter holidays [after her first months at MUM], she was radiant. She is so very happy in Fairfield and has grown so much!

'One morning she explained to me that she now knows what it feels like to be herself, and that as long as she continues her regular Transcendental Meditation practice, she is just that—the very best of herself. I can't tell you how deeply gratifying that was for me. . . .

'I can say without any reservation that Maharishi University of Management has done more for my daughter than either she or I knew was possible.'
