Professional training programme in Consciousness-Based Education to be held in MERU, Netherlands

Dr Volker Schanbacher, Minister of Education of the Global Country of World Peace, described on 17 July 2008 a six-day conference of educators that is scheduled to begin on 19 July in MERU, the Netherlands.

The conference is a professional training programme to give educators 'fundamental knowledge in leadership in Consciousness-Based Education', Dr Schanbacher said. The programme is designed for National Directors of the Global Country of World Peace and educational leaders implementing Consciousness-Based Education programmes in schools and universities in every country.

The conference has been beautifully structured by Dr Susie Dillbeck, a world expert in developing, applying, and implementing Consciousness-Based Education in the curricula of schools, colleges, and universities.

Many participants from around the world have already registered for the conference, which is being held as part of the current 11-day Guru Purnima Celebrations in MERU. Space is still available; those still wishing to join the programme may contact their National Director.
