Today we are celebrating and reflecting on the Nourishing Power that is the true nature of every woman.

It is by virtue of this extraordinary capacity to nourish that women will be instrumental in guiding our global community to become the all-embracing, compassionate, sustainable, and peaceful world we all want for ourselves, for our children, and for all generations to come.

To this end, TM for Women is launching its 10,000 Global Women Initiative in order to create a force of 10,000 women Ambassadors of Peace—promoting the most thoroughly researched means of establishing permanent world peace.

The Maharishi Effect—the Field Effect of Consciousness—is the long-range effect of group meditation, specifically the advanced TM-Sidhi program. This technology of consciousness has been proven through repeated and rigorous research that has been published in the most prestigious social science journals. The research results are so impressive and undeniable that the government of Australia recently acknowledged the Maharishi Effect as a means of advancing the security and safety of the nation.
