Maharishi Foundation - UK Translate This Article
16 September 2012
This October Dr Norman E. Rosenthal will give a fascinating series of seminars and presentations in London, England and Dublin, Ireland.
Dr Rosenthal is an internationally renowned psychiatrist, medical researcher and bestselling author, who pioneered the use of light therapy to treat Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). He is also a global leader in the applications of Transcendental Meditation to overcome stress and promote health.
Dr Rosenthal will speak in London and Dublin about his pioneering books—recently updated and re-released in the UK—New York Times 'Landmark Book' Winter Blues: Everything You Need to Know to Beat Seasonal Affective Disorder, and New York Times bestseller Transcendence: Healing and Transformation through Transcendental Meditation.
''Throughout my career, I have specialised in discovering novel ways to improve people's lives and alleviate suffering, and in doing so I've straddled the worlds of conventional and alternative medicine, trying to find what works, regardless of which discipline that may involve.'' — Norman Rosenthal
Global Good News will feature more about Dr Rosenthal's upcoming tour of London and Dublin.
