www.GlobalGoodNews.com—first inspired by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi in December 2003, going live for the first time in February 2004—has reached virtually every corner of the world. In 2011 there were 300,000 visitors to the site from over 201 countries, covering 9,600 major cities of the world.
It was Maharishi's wish that the entire world family have the opportunity to read the good news from around the world, to have that 'golden vision to see only right things'.
BBC News reported in October 2011 that a study published in Nature Neuroscience suggests that the brain is very good at processing good news. Scientists at University College London said about 80 per cent of people were optimists, even if they would not label themselves as such. Optimism seems to be good for your health, they said. A study on nearly 100,000 women showed a lower risk of heart disease and lower death rate in optimists.
We invite our whole world family to further realize Maharishi's wish that there be a Global Good News (GGN) desk in every country and to bring GGN in every Mother Tongue to inspire a happy, heavenly quality of life.
We welcome you to make www.GlobalGoodNews.com your home page and share the nourishing influence of GOOD NEWS.
Thanks to the help of readers like yourself, GGN is already available in Arabic. If you would like to set up a News Desk in your country, publishing the good news in your Mother Tongue, please contact: ggn-editors@Maharishi.net
