The article features a group of Arab students at a university in the Middle East who practise the Transcendental Meditation Technique.
The students, who study business administration, literature, and information systems, were able to learn Transcendental Meditation through the generous support of the David Lynch Foundation. They can now enjoy its benefits along with their peers in many countries, through the Foundation's Global Outreach programme.
Because of the tension in their part of the world, these students clearly see the promise of the Transcendental Meditation Programme. They are enjoying not only the reduced stress and growing mental clarity, peace, and happiness they are finding within themselves, but also the satisfaction of knowing that through their group meditations they are radiating peace and coherence to the whole region.
