Resolution to establish invincible permanent peace, prosperity, happiness for every individual and nation

During the annual festival of Guru Purnima on 15 July 2011—celebrating the Vedic tradition of knowledge, Maharaja Adhiraj Rajaraam, honoured by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi as first ruler of the Global Country of World Peace, made a beautiful and comprehensive resolution for the world.

The resolution—expressing the intention of the organizations teaching Maharishi's Transcendental Meditation Programme around the world to create an invincible state of permanent peace, harmony, and prosperity for every individual and nation—was also the 'Sankalpa' (intention) included in the special Vedic performances by the Maharishi Vedic Pandits on 15 July, which inaugurated the celebration in India and Holland.

Maharaja's resolution was for the gifts of the Vedic tradition of knowledge 'to be abundantly available to everyone, with pure knowledge enlivened in the mind and heart of every individual;

'And for all to experience higher states of consciousness, and live bliss and perfect health in daily life;

'And for all countries of the world to rise to invincibility, with all nations enjoying prosperity, peace, and harmony;

'For the Global Country of World Peace to fulfil its goal of creating Heaven on Earth in every nation, through the successful and joyful implementation of all aspects of Maharishi's science and technology in every field of life.'
