The Album features Consciousness-Based programmes for women and girls—now being offered for the fourth year by organizations teaching the Transcendental Meditation Programme around the world—which are being established and rapidly growing in popularity in many countries in Asia and the Pacific region.

Progress and achievements of the first three years of these programmes were presented 19 January 2011 at an international conference in MERU, Holland.

Fifty-five ladies from many countries have attended Transcendental Meditation Teacher Training Courses, another expression of the growing worldwide appeal of the programmes founded by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi.

The album describes programmes for development of consciousness, health, and education in Vietnam, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, New Zealand, and Fiji.
