Progress in creating a Vastu Peace Colony at the centre of France

A high priority for France remains the establishment of a large national coherence-creating group practising Transcendental Meditation and the advanced Transcendental Meditation Sidhi Programme, including Yogic Flying.
Establishing groups of Yogic Flyers is a priority of leaders offering programmes of the Global Country of World Peace in every nation, to create an invincible, permanent state of peace, harmony, prosperity, and progress for the whole population.
In 2007 Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, Founder of the Global Country of World Peace, encouraged the initiative to create such an invincibility group for France through building a Peace Colony* at the Brahmasthan (geographical centre) of the country. Very significant steps of progress have been made in the past year toward realizing this goal.
Ideal land was located, a Vastu (Vedic architecture) housing plan created, a self-sufficient financing mechanism established, and now all the steps are in process to receive official approval for the building plan and acquire the land and begin building.
Bernard Jamois, together with Dr Dominique Lemoine, National Director of the Transcendental Meditation Programme in France, has done a wonderful job of coordinating and moving ahead all the elements of the project in the Brahmasthan, said Dr Michael Dillbeck, Administrator of France for the Global Country of World Peace, reporting on these achievements recently.
Describing one especially promising recent development for the Vastu project, Dr Dillbeck explained that the land is almost adjacent to a recreational lake that also serves as a reservoir. In order to protect the water, the government has decided that all the agricultural activity in the vicinity of the lake—and in the vicinity of the land for the new Vastu village—must now be organic.
Please see another Global Good News article about Dr Dillbeck's presentation on achievements of the Global Country of World Peace in France.
Global Good News will continue to feature Dr Michael Dillbeck's address of 13 January 2011, with highlights of the past year's achievements in Fiji, another country in his domain.
