Maharishi Mahesh Yogi's lifelong achievements: The expression of total Natural Law

Having delineated with great precision the many ways in which Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, Founder of the Global Country of World Peace, transformed 'the very understanding and experience of life on earth', Dr Michael Dillbeck, Administrator of Maharishi's programmes for France, went on to give insight into the mechanics of Maharishi's achievements as the expression of the field of total Natural Law, unfolding through all his activities.

'Even though it would seem that the world could hardly be less prepared for Maharishi's knowledge, in fact Maharishi has expressed that the world had indeed been prepared,' Dr Dillbeck said, recalling Maharishi's explanation that in the life of his spiritual teacher, Guru Dev,* 'a power of silence was being created that was needed to balance and guide the increased pace of activity in the world. . . .'

He went on to say that 'Maharishi embodied that silence, that totality of Natural Law, the will of God, and thus as he began to move around the world was completely guided by total Natural Law.' Maharishi described an instance of this, speaking to Canadians in October 2007, on the 46th anniversary of his arrival in Canada. Dr Dillbeck quoted Maharishi's words on that occasion,

' ''I remember how many places I landed. I always landed on the same ground, the collective destiny of the people, and therefore I had no distinction to make on where I left and where I landed. There was no distinction, there was no difference. I don't remember any difference—what led me from this to this to this—except that I was led on by the big 'I' . . . . the 'I' of the Light of God.''

'Maharishi opened to us the mechanics of his effortless yet constant activity,' Dr Dillbeck continued, which succeeded in spreading the Total Knowledge of Natural Law throughout the world, 'and in so doing transformed the destiny of life on earth.

'In our responsibility of carrying on Maharishi's plans for the world, a great gift from Maharishi is the confidence of knowing that it is the same total Natural Law embodied by Maharishi and Guru Dev that is continuing to unfold greater and greater wholeness in the world through this knowledge.'

Dr Dillbeck also reviewed Maharishi's beautiful words on 11 January 2008, responding to expressions of profound appreciation from the leaders of the Global Country of World Peace:

' ''It's such a joy to say that when we are seeing the administration of the universe is becoming a living reality for all the future generations, then we wanted to point out from where this is happening,' Maharishi said. 'This is happening from everywhere, everywhere, everywhere, really everywhere. It's not one individual doing; it's the big 'I' that is doing.'' '

In lauding Maharishi's unprecedented gifts to the world, Dr Dillbeck also acknowledged the accomplishments of leaders of the Global Country of World Peace around the world, through applying Maharishi's programmes. Dr Dillbeck commented that this was most of all 'the indication of their deep connection with the big ''I'', the field of total Natural Law, from where, Maharishi said, all this is happening'—resulting from their own direct experience of this field of transcendental consciousness, the Unified Field, through the practice of Maharishi's technologies of consciousness.

'And when achievements are still developing, we know that very good things are happening as we watch what is unfolding in the world as a whole. We continue to dedicate our attention to the application of Total Knowledge in every field of our focus, through which we are continuing to attune our own awareness more and more fully to the reality of total Natural Law that Maharishi expressed,' Dr Dillbeck said.
