Mongolia: Programmes for peace and progress expanding

Consciousness-Based Education, a Maharishi Peace Palace, and the opportunity to learn the Transcendental Meditation Programme have been warmly welcomed in Mongolia.

Initiatives to offer the programmes of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi in Mongolia have been meeting with great success, said Raja Tom Stanley, Raja of Invincible Mongolia for the Global Country of World Peace.* Every week he and the nation's Transcendental Meditation Teachers meet to discuss their many initiatives via telephone.

Consciousness-Based Education programmes are gaining momentum. Some students have already learned theTranscendental Meditation Programme, and plans are underway to expand these school programmes.

Plans are also in motion for a Peace Palace in Mongolia on a very beautiful piece land with an ideal Vastu for Maharishi Sthapatya Veda construction, Raja Stanley reported.

Another focus is to translate Maharishi's knowledge into Mongolian, since English is not widely spoken.

An upcoming Teacher Training Course could double the number of Transcendental Meditation Teachers in Mongolia, Raja Stanley continued. More people are learning the Transcendental Meditation Programme, so this will be a tremendous gift to the nation.
