Major General Kulwant Singh is Minister of Defence for the Global Country of World Peace, leading the programmes of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi for the invincibility of India and every nation, through bringing this knowledge to the government and military leaders of the world. The Global Country of World Peace recently recognized his achievements on the Maharishi Channel.

The main principle of Maharishi's Technology of Invincible Defense is Heyam dukham anagatam, 'Avert the danger before it arises', or prevent the birth of an enemy. This is achieved through creating sufficient coherence in national and world consciousness that no negativity can come up, and therefore the role of any defence force is accomplished before any enmity arises.

A Prevention Wing of the military has been established in one country in Latin America. Two other nations have enquired about establishing a Group for a Government in their military and incorporating the training of Invincible Defense in the curriculum for officer training in the military academies.
