Continuing his address on 11 September, during the celebration of clearing obstacles to invincibility in national life, Maharaja Adhiraj Rajaraam, First Ruler of the Global Country of World Peace, explained that the knowledge given by the spiritual teacher allows transformations to take place 'so that the reality dawns and ignorance disappears; so that light is available and darkness hides away'.

This process takes place through the mechanism of the different qualities of the structuring dynamics of Natural Law. Through this mechanism in human physiology, Maharaja explained, a transformation occurs which allows the perception to become very full and complete.

He explained that the first centre of this process—of the processing of information that allows 'the complexity of life, the diversity of perception, the different centres, the different aspects of imagination, of expectation, of memory'—all of these start with the structuring dynamics quality of removal of obstacles, being celebrated on this day. (In Maharaja's historic book, Veda and the Vedic Literature in Human Physiology, he explains that in human physiology this quality corresponds to the pons, medulla, and cerebellum, the first processing centre for all perception and information coming into the brain.)

By celebrating the value and the wholeness of these structuring dynamics on this day, Maharaja said, 'we awaken within our consciousness and within the fabrics of our physiology those qualities of processing, of sorting out, of organizing, of structuring, that allow every other perception and every other step of experience, thought, and behaviour to be in tune with wholeness, in tune with Natural Law'. Thus 'every activity of ours is an activity in the context of the whole: [Every activity] is an action, a thought, a behaviour that is within the organizing power of the total intelligence of Natural Law that allows evolution to go through the steps of . . . all structuring dynamics, all protecting systems, so that the outcome is always perfection—attunement with total Natural Law and wholeness of life lived for the individual and for society.'
