The Album features the rising interest in Holland in the last few years in the programmes and technologies of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi in Holland.

The Transcendental Meditation Programme is becoming increasingly 'mainstream' in the Netherlands—an expression of rising invincibility in the nation, said Dr Paul Gelderloos, National Director of the Global Country of World Peace, recently. This is seen, he said, in growing public appreciation for the valuable contributions of meditation to many areas of life, including business and health.

'Fortunately now Holland has been invincible for nearly three years,'* he commented, and so 'we have a very fertile environment. We are finding there is now much more openness to Maharishi's knowledge, and that the collective consciousness of the country reflects more interest in such things as meditation. In Holland, one out of every three adults says he is a spiritual person.'

The Album and photos present different aspects of this phenomenon, including press coverage, new developments in Consciousness-Based Education, and recent visits by Dr Gelderloos and Dr Robert Keith Wallace, pioneering researcher on Transcendental Meditation, to universities in the Netherlands, where they found scientists to be very receptive to their presentations on Transcendental Meditation.

* The Invincible Holland Assembly, a large group participating in twice-daily group practice of Maharishi's Transcendental Meditation and Transcendental Meditation Sidhi Programme, including Yogic Flying, was established in April 2006, to create coherence, harmony, and invincibility in national consciousness. (Dr Gelderloos spoke several months ago, so the period of Dutch invincibility has now extended well over three years.)
