India: Global Country of World Peace leaders visit Shankaracharya of Jyotir Math, report on Maharishi's programmes

At the request of Maharaja Adhiraj Rajaraam, First Ruler of the Global Country of World Peace, leaders of the Global Country recently travelled to Haridwar, India, to pay respects to the Shankaracharya of Jyotir Math, Swami Vasudevanand Saraswati Maharaj.

The seat of the Shankaracharya in Jyotir Math was in the mid-twentieth century graced by the revered Master of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, Guru Dev.*

Dr Bevan Morris, Prime Minister of the Global Country of World Peace, recently described events of the visit on Maharishi Global Family Chat.**

During their visit, Dr Morris; Raja Jose Luis Alvarez, Raja of Invincible Latin America; and Dr Neil Paterson presented to the Shankaracharya many books containing Maharishi's knowledge, as well as the seminal work by Maharaja Adhiraj Rajaraam, Human Physiology: Expression of Veda and the Vedic Literature. They also showed the Shankaracharya a video of Maharishi bestowing the rulership of the Global Country of World Peace on Maharaja in October 2000, which the Shankaracharya had not seen before.

The Shankaracharya spoke very strongly about how he has never heard, in all of the history of India, of any great saint who gave absolutely all credit to his Master in the way that Maharishi gave to Guru Dev.

The Shankaracharya invited the delegation to a large gathering of 3,000 leaders of all religions and sects, where all the leaders spoke for over four hours. The Shankaracharya was the last to speak, and brought out all that Maharishi had said to him: that it is only through transcending*** that the collective consciousness can be raised, and all the worthy goals that all the others had spoken about could be realized. The Global Country of World Peace delegation offered their great congratulations to the Shankaracharya, and enjoyed his appreciation for Maharishi's knowledge and programmes which have the power to transform the world.

The delegation also gave the Shankaracharya a report on progress of the Brahmanand Saraswati Trust, established by Maharishi in January 2008 to secure invincibility for the whole human race throughout time, by perpetually supporting Maharishi's groups of Vedic Pandits throughout India and around the world.

In the invincible structure of enlightened leadership Maharishi designed for the Brahmanand Saraswati Trust, the Patron of the Trust will always be the Shankaracharya of Jyotir Math. At the end of the visit, the Shankaracharya expressed his support in helping attain these goals, including establishing 8,000 Maharishi Vedic Pandits at the Global Capital of World Peace in the Brahmasthan (geographic centre) of India.

* Guru Dev: His Divinity Brahmanand Saraswati, Jagatguru Shankaracharya of Jyotir Math, Himalayas, and Maharishi's spiritual teacher. Guru Dev is honoured as the embodiment of Vedic wisdom closest to Maharishi in the illustrious tradition of Vedic Masters who have passed down the eternal wisdom of life from teacher to student since time immemorial.
