Vastu Coordinator Training Course - Phase II offers practical knowledge of Vedic Architecture

Phase II of the Vastu Coordinator Training Course began 15 April 2010 in Maharishi Vedic City, Iowa, USA, where experts in Vedic Architecture, Maharishi Sthapatya Veda, are conducting a comprehensive five-day workshop.

More than 800 people from 70 countries participated in Phase I of the Vastu Coordinator Training Course, which was given online, said Dr Peter Swan, Minister of Communication for the Global Country of World Peace, on Maharishi Global Family Chat.* Amongst the Phase I participants were about 150 architects, developers, and building professionals from all over the world. Phase I graduates are eligible to take Phase II, which presents more in-depth and practical knowledge.

As part of Phase II, seminars and workshops are being hosted in Maharishi Vedic City by renowned Vastu architect Jon Lipman, AIA, Director of Fortune-Creating Buildings; Master Builder Christian Schweizer; Wojtek Skalski, Deputy Minister of Architecture; and the great developer and builder of the world's largest Vedic 'green' office building, Dr Jeffrey Abramson.

A forum of experts, architects, and builders will consider practical implementation of proper survey, precision in construction, site evaluation, development of Maharishi Peace Colonies,** and a whole range of sustainable and green building technologies. In addition, they will examine the latest trends in natural non-toxic materials and biological issues in areas of electro-smog and electromagnetic field radiation.

The five-day seminar will be recorded on video, edited, and used for more such conferences in different continents, since not everyone will be able to travel to Maharishi Vedic City.

'This is another great step forward in ''multiplying'' the experts and professionals working in the field of Vastu, and in preparing for the development of fortune-creating homes, Maharishi Peace Colonies, and Garden Cities in many different countries in the context of Maharishi's programme to reconstruct the world,' Dr Swan said in conclusion.
