Reflecting on administration through silence established by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi: Prime Minister Dr Bevan Morris

During a global assembly on 3 March, Dr Bevan Morris reflected on the profound principles of administration through silence set forth by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, Founder of the Global Country of World Peace, in 2007 and early 2008, for the leadership of his worldwide organizations.* Dr Morris is Prime Minister of the Global Country.

Dr Morris praised the address of Maharaja Adhiraj Rajaraam, First Ruler of the Global Country of World Peace, on this occasion on 3 March, commenting that it was beautiful to hear Maharaja speak about Maharishi 'changing the whole destiny of mankind to Heaven on Earth', through the blessings of his Master, Guru Dev.**

'All that comes to my mind again and again, is what was Maharishi really focussed on in the days when he was bringing out . . . his final message to us,' Dr Morris continued.

On 31 December 2007, Dr Morris said, before beginning his traditional days of silence at the start of the new year, Maharishi emphasized administration through silence.*** 'And this, of course,' Dr Morris said, 'is therefore the eternal theme of the Global Country of World Peace.'

'Maharishi said,' Dr Morris continued, quoting Maharishi's words:
'Jai Guru Dev. Jai Guru Dev. Jai Guru Dev. Very fortunate day—very very fortunate day for all mankind. The time has stepped on to a new bright destiny of mankind. . . . a wide gate for silence to administer the forthcoming bright destiny of mankind. . . .'

Dr Morris recounted that, following the performance of global Puja (Vedic ceremony of thanksgiving to the Vedic Tradition of Total Knowledge) on 31 December 2007, Maharishi said:

'Jai Guru Dev. Jai Guru Dev. Jai Guru Dev. With this humble, very humble, very humble feelings of world consciousness offering at the feet of Guru Dev, we are entering in the field of absolute, eternal admiration to the eternal silence that rules the universe.

'We are entering into the domain of the eternal administrator of the universe, the Will of God, so that we nourish our Being with that eternal silent administrative power of Veda to display its blissful, eternally elevating administrator of absolute silence, so that the ocean of silence guides and rules over every activity of the individual and every nation in our world to display that master management, master administration of total Natural Law, the Constitution of the Universe, the Veda, for all coming time. . . .'

Maharishi went on to say that, after the days of silence, '. . . . we will open the door of eternal silence and begin to radiate that authority, that dignity, that grandeur, that fulfilment of administration through silence. Jai Jai Jai Guru Dev.'

Dr Morris also expressed gratitude to Maharaja, Rajas, and Ministers of the Global Country of World Peace for their generous words of praise for his achievements during this assembly on 3 March.*
