Among many Rajas (Administrators) of the Global Country of World Peace recently commemorating the fifth anniversary of their coronation in February 2005, Raja Paul Potter, Raja of Invincible Canada, gave a historical overview of major developments in the last five years.
Raja Paul spoke* about Maharishi's Total Knowledge Chart, which illustrates the application of Total Knowledge in twelve areas of life.
During the first Administrators Training Conference, held in 2004-2005 in MERU, Holland, Raja Paul said, this first group training to become Rajas watched and participated as Maharishi Mahesh Yogi created the Total Knowledge Chart.**
Later in 2005, Raja Paul continued, Maharishi presented this vision of Total Knowledge at the First Parliament of World Peace, held in Livingston Manor, New York, USA. Presenting Maharishi's explanation, Raja Paul described the purpose of this knowledge, 'to bridge the gap between individual life and cosmic life; between individual intelligence and Cosmic Intelligence; between the man-made constitutions in every nation and the God-made Cosmic Constitution of the ever-expanding, galactic universe—to bring fulfilment to the spirit of rising globalization in the world today'.
Raja Paul recounted that at the end of 2005, Maharishi held another eight-day global conference in Geneva, Switzerland, to celebrate the 'Dawn of a New Fortune for All Mankind'.
In January 2006, Maharishi met again with the Rajas to further refine the expressions of Total Knowledge in every field of life, and 12 Maharishi Parliaments of World Peace were held at the Global Capital of World Peace at the Brahmasthan [auspicious central point] of India.
'After consideration of the twelve fields,' said Raja Paul, 'in the light of each of the other fields—a total of 144 Parliament presentations—Maharishi concluded that every field could be found in every other field, confirming the fundamental principle of the Total Knowledge Chart: that Total Knowledge is the one common source of every field of knowledge. It is the one thing,' he said, quoting the Vedic Literature, ' ''by knowing which, everything can be known.'' '

* Raja Paul spoke on the 26 February Maharishi Global Family Chat, which is broadcast daily via Internet webcast on the Maharishi Channel, Channel 3. Podcasts of the daily Global Family Chat (audio track) are also now available for automatic download, via an RSS feed.
** Raja Peter Warburton, Raja of Great Britain, also commented on the Total Knowledge Chart while reflecting on the fifth anniversary of the first Rajas' coronation. Describing the role of the Chart during the Administrators Training Conference, he explained that the Chart visually displays knowledge at every step. The upper portion displays knowledge of the relative, outer field of life—pertaining to programmes for different areas of society (such as education, health, architecture, agriculture etc). The lower portion reveals knowledge in the field of Transcendental Consciousness, the Veda, total Natural Law, the Constitution of the Universe. The chart displays knowledge expanded to infinity on both sides, and in the middle it converges to a point, 'through which one enters the field of Total Knowledge [through the practice of the Transcendental Meditation and Transcendental Meditation Sidhi programme],' Raja Peter said.
