19 January 2010
Over the last year, Sweden has seen increasing interest in the Transcendental Meditation Programme, and in 2010 opportunities are arising for schools and businesses to benefit from the programmes of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi.
Speaking on Maharishi Global Family Chat,* Raja Bruce Plaut, Raja of Invincible Sweden for the Global Country of World Peace, reported on these developments for his domain.
The number of people learning Transcendental Meditation increased significantly in the country during 2009, and businesses and schools have shown mounting interest in the programme. Raja Plaut mentioned that one of the main goals for 2010 is to begin implementing TM into both education and business settings.
Just within the last few months, Sweden has organized for eight national Yagyas, which are Vedic performances by Maharishi Vedic Pandits in India aimed to create a life-supporting influence for the nation.
For 2010, in addition to continuing and expanding these positive developments in his domain, Raja Plaut hopes to put focus on planning for a Maharishi Tower of Invincibility for Sweden.
* Raja Plaut's report was featured on the 16 January 2010 Maharishi Global Family Chat, broadcast daily via Internet webcast on the Maharishi Channel, Channel 3. Podcasts of the daily Global Family Chat (audio track) are also now available for automatic download, via an RSS feed.
