Turkey: Experts bring knowledge in fields of neuroscience, health, world peace

This past year Turkey enjoyed the visits of three great experts: neuroscientist Dr Fred Travis and expert in Maharishi Ayur-Veda Vaidya Vyas. In addition, potential plans are unfolding to create a Consciousness-Based Education university and community of Yogic Flyers on land that has been acquired at the Brahmasthan—auspicious geographical centre—of the nation.

Dr Travis, Director of the Center for Brain, Consciousness, and Cognition at Maharishi University of Management, explained how the practice of the Transcendental Meditation Programme increases integration of brain functioning.

Dr Travis presented a chart depicting a brain integration scale—showing that a top athlete or CEO of a company has higher integration of brain functioning.

However, the audience enjoyed hearing that those who practice Transcendental Meditation on a long-term basis develop even higher integration of brain functioning than top athletes or top businesspeople, said Raja Paul Potter, Raja of Invincible Turkey for the Global Country of World Peace.*

Vaidya Vyas, an expert in Maharishi Ayur-Veda from India also travelled to Turkey last year and 176 people enjoyed consultations, Raja Potter continued. Vaidya Vyas will return to Turkey in March to offer more consultations and to offer a training course in Maharishi Ayur-Veda for medical doctors in Turkey.

The delegation held meetings that could potentially result in increased support for the crucial peace-creating role of the Vedic Pandits of India.

In conclusion, Raja Potter discussed a potential initiative to establish a Consciousness-Based Education university, an agricultural initiative, and a community of Yogic Flyers at the Brahmasthan—auspicious geographical centre—of the nation. Land at this ideal location has already been acquired, he said.
