Germany: Global Mother Divine Organization presents Consciousness-Based Education, Transcendental Meditation at large fairs

Large education and health fairs in Germany this year, drawing thousands of visitors, have hosted major exhibits and presentations about Consciousness-Based Education, Maharishi's Vedic Health Care, and the Transcendental Meditation Programme—including live demonstrations at Europe's largest education fair, earlier this year in Hannover, of the unique patterns of EEG brain wave coherence found during the practice of Transcendental Meditation.

The presentations at these major fairs were organized by the Global Mother Divine Organization in Germany, and reported during the organization's 2 November monthly Full Moon celebration webcast.

During the broadcast, leaders of the organization in Germany gave reports of other recent achievements. The Global Mother Divine Organization is now legally established, and the National Office and a Ladies' Invincibility Centre* have been inaugurated at Erfurt, a town located at the Brahma-Sthan [auspicious central point] of Germany.

The five foundations of the Global Mother Divine Organization are now actively functioning in Germany. One-day knowledge courses for ladies have now been translated into German and the courses offered in cities around the country.

The Foundation for Total Knowledge-Based Health recently participated in the large health fair in Erfurt, attended by 8,000 visitors. They presented Maharishi's Vedic Health Care system, including the special approach of self-pulse reading for identifying imbalances in one's own physiology.

The Foundation for Total Knowledge-Based Education presented Consciousness-Based Education to educators from all over Europe at the largest education fair on the continent, held in Hannover earlier this year. The fair lasted for five days, hosting 700 exhibitors and 80,000 visitors.

At this fair, a group of lady Teachers of Transcendental Meditation presented the knowledge of Consciousness-Based Education, along with guidelines for implementing the programme in both new and existing schools. Large posters displayed the principles and benefits of Consciousness-Based Education, along with video clips highlighting the success of this programme in schools around the world.

Scientific research findings were presented at the fair, with live demonstrations of EEG measurements before, during, and after the practice of Transcendental Meditation. Seminars were also held on development of total brain potential; prevention of violence, and drug and alcohol abuse; and successful learning at stress free schools. A special website on Consciousness-Based Education was developed for this occasion.

In September, a one-day symposium on Stress-Free Schools was also given in Frankfurt.

The Foundation for Total Knowledge-Based Music organized a beautiful Maharishi Gandharva Veda concert and workshop in August, featuring a renowned Gandharva Veda singer.

* Maharishi Invincibility Centres are established in major cities around the world for the teaching of Transcendental Meditation and the Transcendental Meditation Sidhi Programme, including Yogic Flying.
