Turkey: Maharishi's programmes blossoming, more people learning Transcendental Meditation

Many more people in Turkey are learning the Transcendental Meditation Programme than a few months ago, said Dr Albert Baruh, National Director of Turkey for the Global Country of World Peace, recently.
The increase was due in part, Dr Baruh said, to a campaign to make more information and knowledge about the programme available to the public via the Internet, which he launched last May. He has also now organized all the twelve ministries of the Global Country of World Peace in Turkey, with Directors for each ministry.
On 26 August Raja Paul Potter, Raja of Invincible Canada, Turkey, and Cyprus for the Global Country of World Peace, praised Dr Baruh and his wife for taking such parental and enlightened care of Invincible Turkey. 'It is extraordinary how much they have done; how all of Maharishi's programmes are now blossoming in Turkey,' he said.
Vedic experts are currently teaching Advanced Techniques of Transcendental Meditation and Maharishi Vedic Vibration Technology in the country.
A series of tours will take place in the autumn: An expert Maharishi Ayur-Veda physician will be touring in October; Dr Ashley Deans will also tour the country presenting Consciousness-Based Education.
A physicians' training course in Maharishi Ayur-Veda, and a 16-hour course presenting Maharishi Mahesh Yogi's Vedic Approach to Health will also be given.
Mrs Baruh completed the Maharishi Light Therapy with Gems training course in MERU, Holland, and has offered the programme to 36 people since returning a few weeks ago. Raja Paul praised Dr and Mrs Baruh for their great achievements and invited Dr Baruh to give his own report.
