India: Home of many beautiful sites for Maharishi's programmes

Auspicious land throughout India will provide ideal homes for the programmes of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, said Dr Bevan Morris. Dr Morris, who is Prime Minister of the Global Country of World Peace, recently spent three months in India and visited many beautiful and holy sites across the nation—some already acquired—for such initiatives as 48 Brahmanand Saraswati Nagars and Maharishi Ayur-Veda health centres.

A beautiful site for one of the Brahmananda Saraswati Nagars* has been acquired on a flower-laden river bank. Maharishi Mahesh Yogi chose this site and organized it with local well-wishers.

'It was really extremely impressive to see Maharishi's detailed attention for . . . the Brahmanand Saraswati Nagars in every place,' Dr Morris said.

Land for another Brahmanand Saraswati Nagar has been located, and Dr Morris visited this site as well. It is a very peaceful, beautiful place, he commented, and is auspicious according to the specifications of Maharishi Vedic Architecture.

Dr Morris also described land he saw as he headed into the Himalayas. Several potential pieces of land offer ideal locations for Maharishi Ayur-Veda health centres, Dr Morris continued. One location is not far from the city of Rishikesh—'a very holy, holy place in the world', he said.

A hilltop site for a potential health centre offers views of the snowcapped peaks of the high Himalayas on clear days.

Dr Morris also travelled to see forty acres of rich terraced mountain land that has already been acquired. This location could serve as a campus for Maharishi's programmes to create peace, harmony, and invincibility for the world, he said.

*Brahmanand Saraswati Nagar: Maharishi has perfected the organization of his global administration through silence, by establishing an administrative structure centered around the 12 sacred Jyotir Linga in India—each of the 12 Linga associated with four key cities of India. Each city will have a special administrative locale known as the Brahmanand Saraswati Nagar, in honour of Maharishi's Master—Shri Guru Dev, His Divinity Brahmananda Saraswati, Jagatguru Shankaracharya of Jyotir Math, Himalayas.
