Rajapark College, a Consciousness-Based institution in Thailand, is expanding rapidly, in terms of both enrolment and the programmes it offers. Other Consciousness-Based Education programmes in Thailand include a bachelor's degree programme for ladies in Maharishi Vedic Science, and plans for a Consciousness-Based high school. Maharishi Vedic Spas in Thailand also plan to expand the treatments they offer.

Raja Vikram Aditya, Raja of Invincible Thailand for the Global Country of World Peace presented this news as part of a summary of achievements from 2008.

Consciousness-Based Education
Enrolment at Rajapark College—which now has 700 students participating in its offers Consciousness-Based Education programmes—has increased 40-50 per cent, Raja Vikram reported, with more students currently applying. Not only is enrolment high, the school also has the lowest student dropout rate.

Raja Vikram also reported on the expansion of the campus, including a newly constructed Maharishi Sthapatya Veda classroom building.

Rajapark College has three additional branch campuses, Raja Vikram said. The school will soon offer an online bachelor's degree in business—the first of its kind in Thailand.

Ladies in Thailand also have the opportunity to earn a bachelor's degree in Maharishi Vedic Science while also enjoying the Mother Divine Programme*.

In addition, Raja Vikram reported that there are plans for a Consciousness-Based high school to start this coming year.

Maharishi Vedic Approach to Health
There are two Vedic Spas in Thailand, Raja Vikram reported. In the future, the presence of Vaidyas—experts in Maharishi Ayur-Veda—will allow the spas to expand the programmes they offer.

Potential future plans also include a degree programme in Maharishi Ayur-Veda to be offered in conjunction with Rajapark College.

Global Good News will feature more initiatives from Thailand in 2008 in the coming days.

*The Mother Divine Programme, inaugurated in 1981, is an advanced programme to allow ladies the opportunity to deepen their experiences of the Transcendental Meditation and Transcendental Meditation Sidhi Programme and enliven 24-hour bliss in daily life; and to radiate a powerful global influence of harmony and bliss through large, permanent coherence-creating groups of Yogic Flyers, and through administering the activities of the Global Mother Divine Organization in 192 countries.
