20 October 2008
During the grand celebration of Victory Day, the auspicious day of Vijaya Dashami in the Vedic Calendar, Raja Harris Kaplan, Raja of Invincible India for the Global Country of World Peace, presented the 'Golden Book' of goals and achievements of the Global Country of World Peace—created in honour of the golden 50th anniversary of Maharishi's worldwide Transcendental Meditation organization.
Speaking on 9 October 2008, Raja Harris continued his presentation while showing slides depicting pages of the Golden Book correlating to each part of his talk.
There were four separate major events on Victory Day last year, Raja Harris said, which inspired Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, Founder of the Global Country of World Peace, to call for the creation of the book.

Tower of Invincibility in Belfast The third great event on Victory Day 2007 was the news of a Maharishi Tower of Invincibility to be built in Belfast, which had so long been a place in need of coherence and would now be rising to invincibility. Dr Bevan Morris, Prime Minister of the Global Country of World Peace, Dr John Hagelin, Raja of Invincible America, and renowned filmmaker Dr David Lynch were there laying the foundation stone for the Maharishi Tower of Invincibility in Belfast, Northern Ireland, and they spoke to those assembled, about the initiative.
'Maharishi was asking everyone to comment on it and everyone was feeling so wonderful,' Raja Harris said. 'Listen, listen to what Bevan is doing, listen to how invincibility is now rising through a concrete building,' Maharishi said.
46th Anniversary of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi's first arrival in Canada The fourth great event on Victory Day 2007 was Maharishi's address via satellite broadcast to the assembly gathered at the Fairmont Empress Hotel in Victoria, British Columbia, and in locations across Canada, to commemorate Maharishi's first visit to Canada 46 years ago. The Empress Hotel, Raja Harris noted, is the place where Maharishi inaugurated the Transcendental Meditation organization in Canada, and this occasion marks the day when the gates of enlightenment first opened for the nation. Maharishi spoke on Victory Day 2007 at the request of the Transcendental Meditation Teachers and Yogic Flyers of the nation, and 'it was such a beautiful, touching moment for us all to listen to [Maharishi's address]' that day, Raja Harris said.
