Dr Eike Hartmann, Minister of Global Reconstruction for the Global Country of World Peace: How to create Fortune-Creating Communities

Recent months have seen a growing wave of interest in building Fortune-Creating homes from individuals and groups around the world. This has inspired Dr Eike Hartmann, Minister of Global Reconstruction for the Global Country of World Peace, to outline procedures anyone can follow to rapidly achieve the goal of living in ideal Vastu (building designed and constructed according to principles of Vastu vidya, architecture in accord with Natural Law).
Maharishi Sthapatya Veda is architecture according to Natural Law, the world's most ancient and complete system of architecture and planning. Dr Hartmann explained that living in a Vastu is a great experience, but that the benefits can be even more profound if the individual Vastu is part of a larger community of fortune-creating buildings, possibly including an Invincibility School, a Maharishi Tower of Invincibility, and a Peace Palace.
'What could be the steps to achieve such communities?' Dr Hartmann asked. 'It has to be done on a local level. Our Maharishi Sthapatya Veda architects are very happy to evaluate the site, and work with a group to design the houses, but the first step should be that an individual collects a group of people who are also interested in living in ideal Vastu'. Dr Hartmann gave examples from several countries where this formula has been followed with success. He said that once a group of possibly twenty or more individuals has gathered, they can then form a co-operative or home-owner's association which will be a powerful force for approaching a mayor.
'The co-ordinator of the project can become the Vastu Director,' Dr Hartmann explained. 'Every house should have about 1,000 square metres. If we have thirty people for our project we would need approximately three hectares. We could also add one or two hectares for a Peace Palace, so we then have a project requiring five hectares, and with that clear goal, we can approach the mayor.'
Dr Hartmann mentioned countries where agricultural land has been sought as it is generally lower priced. 'The group could approach the mayor for his support and, with his approval, gaining re-zoning and building permission would be easier.'
Dr Hartmann gave examples of countries such as England, Denmark, Italy, and France where communities are in the planning stages or in advanced phases of construction.
Pages from the portfolio of Maharishi Sthapatya Veda were shown to illustrate different layouts for villages and houses. 'Our architects work with the group in each country to select the appropriate styles of house designs suited to the prevailing local architecture,' Dr Hartmann said. Approximately 75 different types of design and sizes of houses are offered to make it easy for any group to choose houses which suit their needs.
Dr Hartmann also described a 'Master-Building System' involving pre-cast units for different sizes of houses. 'With this system, we have a very cost-effective way of building an entire community. It is even possible for an individual or group to establish their own factory for custom-built houses under the guidance of our Maharishi Sthapatya Veda architects,' Dr Hartmann said. He mentioned a factory in Russia where pre-structured wooden units are already available.
In conclusion, Dr Hartmann said, 'We want to inspire many people to become Vastu Directors in their communities. Everyone needs to live somewhere, so it should be easy to create a group and get the land and establish Fortune-Creating Homes. Living in such ideal Vastu homes while practising Maharishi's Transcendental Meditation and Transcendental Meditation Sidhi Programme together in groups, we can all help to create invincibility for our country'.
