In a series of presentations on the Maharishi Global Family Chat during the Global Guru Purnima Assembly held in July in MERU, Netherlands, leaders of the Global Mother Divine Organization, the ladies' wing of the Global Country of World Peace, from around the world reported on activities and achievements in the past year that are bringing perfect health, happiness, and enlightenment to ladies, mothers, and children through five Total Knowledge Based Foundations*.

Turkey
The National Director of the Global Mother Divine Organization in Turkey; her mother, who is the National Director for Education; and a member from the Turkish part of Cypress all attended the global Guru Purnima celebrations in MERU, Holland.

The National Director said that they are now working to establish the Global Mother Divine Organization legally in Turkey as a non-profit organization.

Just before they came to Holland, the mayor of a major city called to offer them land in a good central area where several embassies and a shopping mall are located. 'So when we have a Maharishi Tower of Invincibility in that area, people will be able to see it and that will be great publicity,' she said.

They also discussed with the mayor that there will be two Maharishi schools accompanying this Tower of Invincibility, one for girls and boys. This project is now their main focus.

Every month during the global broadcast of the Global Mother Divine Full Moon celebration, all the ladies gather in the centres for Transcendental Meditation, and they very much enjoy it. 'They listen to the broadcast and afterwards their expressions change totally; they smile' and are enthusiastic and very much transformed, said the National Director.

The National Director reported that her mother has had articles printed in a major magazine in Ankara, a series about Transcendental Meditation and its effects in 12 areas of life.

Her mother also appeared on a television show about politics 'where she talked about Transcendental Meditation and how we can create peace in Turkey through the establishment of an Invincibility group. She also talked about Yogic Flying. We are hoping we will be able to speak on television shows just for ladies, which they have in Turkey.'
