Rise of Invincible Turkey

During the Maharishi Global Family Chat on 18 August 2008, Dr Paul Potter, Raja (administrator) of Turkey for the Global Country of World Peace, introduced the National Director, Dr Albert Baruh, to give a progress report from Turkey.

Dr Baruh and delegates from Turkey recently attended a training conference in MERU, the Netherlands, for developing Consciousness-Based Education programmes, which they will introduce to schools in Turkey.

A Transcendental Meditation Sidhi Programme course with 35 participants, and a one-week World Peace Assembly Yogic Flyers are underway, increasing coherence for the invincibility of the nation.

A series of lectures by Dr John Hagelin*, world-renowned quantum physicist and Minister of Science and Technology of the Global Country of World Peace, has been translated and distribution of DVDs has begun. The 12-part conference series is entitled 'The Unified Field: The Key to Enlightenment, National Invincibility, and World Peace.

A number of practitioners of the Transcendental Meditation Sidhi Programme are moving, along with their families, to the Brahma-Sthan (geographic center) of Turkey, where they will begin a Maharishi Organic Agriculture programme, and a school. At the center of the site will be the Maharishi Tower of Invincibility, a memorial to therise of global invincibility through the lifetime achievements of His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi.

A recent television programme featuring the Transcendental Meditation Technique generated positive results, with increased instruction and inquiries.

A 64-page brochure about Maharishi Sthapatya Veda is being published. And an experienced builder is constructing a holiday village with proper Vastu (orientation according to Sthapatya Veda) in South Turkey, a popular area for tourists. Practitioners of the Transcendental Meditation and Transcendental Meditation Sidhi Programme around the world are invited to visit and add to the influence of the coherence-creating groups. The builder said he only wants to create Vastu buildings from now on, because the old style of construction is not in alignment with Natural Law and he has better 'support of Nature' when he builds according to Maharishi Sthapatya Veda.
