Trustees announce exciting plans for Maharishi University of Management, US, and world

Speaking 1 July 2008 on Maharishi Global Family Chat, Dr Mario Orsatti, National Director of Communication for the Global Country of World Peace in the United States, reported exciting developments for Maharishi University of Management (M.U.M.) and beyond, as discussed during the annual Board of Trustees meeting.

Among the highlights of this meeting, said Dr Orsatti, was the recognition of a large donation to the university, which will be used to construct a new building for the Sustainable Living department. The building, reported Dr Orsatti, will be 100% environmentally friendly and off-the-grid. 'This new facility will achieve total sustainability on both earthly and cosmic levels,' commented Dr Orsatti.

It was also announced during the meeting that plans have been approved for the establishment of an integrated medical school and Vedic medical complex at the university. 'This will be a crucial step forward for healthcare in the US and world,' remarked Dr Orsatti.

In addition, plans are underway for a luxury resort and conference center at M.U.M, which will help host Invincible America Assembly participants. The conference center will also attract individuals from throughout the US to view presentations on 12 areas of administration, as expressed in Raja John Hagelin's series of Unified Field Conferences.

On a final note, Dr Orsatti reported that, at the Trustees' meeting, it was announced that the Dr Howard and Dr Alice Settle Foundation for Invincible America will be providing funds for a permanent group of 10,000 Vedic Pandits in India. 'This is a great sign of progress for the world,' concluded Dr Orsatti.
