Addressing the worldwide audience of Maharishi Global Family Chat* on 14 June 2008, Raja Robert Wynne, Mayor of Maharishi Vedic City, Iowa, expressed his great delight that the target for supporting construction of housing and facilities for Maharishi's Vedic Pandit group has almost been reached.

'Well done America, well done Canada, and well done Europe!' Raja Wynne said, thanking those from all these regions who had contributed.

'It was the desire of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, Founder of the Global Country of World Peace, to crown America with invincibility. With the tremendous support received so far, we are nearing completion of his goal by providing for a large group of Vedic Pandits and participants of the Invincible America Assembly. We want to grow to at least 2,500. We want America to always be peaceful Vedic America'.

'Sufficient funds have been raised for housing 1,050 Vedic Pandits and constructing 20,000 square feet (approximately 2,000 sq metres) of additional facilities for dining, kitchens, sports halls, and other needs.'

Raja Wynne said that it is not too late to participate, and well-wishers of peace and invincibility for the US can email RajaWynneOffice@GlobalCountry.net. Raja Wynne said that there are opportunities for investment at a good return, or for donations. He expressed the hope that some of the donations could be set aside as an endowment to support the Vedic Pandits in America in perpetuity.

'Our goal is to have 250 more Vedic Pandits from India join us here for the global celebration of Guru Purnima on the full moon in July, so we can really crown America with invincibility on that day. If it takes a bit more time, we don't mind. We are moving firmly ahead on all fronts to achieve our target,' Raja Wynne said.

When asked about the recent flooding and extreme weather conditions in Iowa and other states in the USA, Raja Wynne explained that the campuses of Maharishi University of Management and the Invincibility Assembly had not been affected by the flooding as the community is not near a major river. He commented that because the houses for the Vedic Pandits are built in factories (in a different state), no time had been lost on the construction project; five houses per week over six weeks are still planned.

'Coherence brings balance in nature. The events in Iowa and elsewhere are a real disaster, but such events don't happen in one day. They build up over time. We have only had these high numbers (participating in group practice of Yogic Flying) here for approximately two weeks,' Raja Wynne explained. 'It takes awhile to soften the environment . . . . we anticipate that as America becomes truly invincible, then every aspect of life will become more and more enjoyable and balanced, and these disasters will become fewer and eventually disappear completely.'
