Speaking from the airport, during the last Global Family Chat to be broadcast from India following the Vedic Farewell rites for Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, Dr Peter Swan, Minister of Communication for the Global Country of World Peace, reported on the latest activities being carried out by some of the leaders of the Global Country following these ceremonies.
Dr Swan reported that Dr Girish Varma, Director-General of the Maharishi World Capital of Peace at the Brahmasthan [auspicious central area] of India, and Dr Harris Kaplan, Raja of India, have travelled to the Brahmastan to see the progress in the construction of the World Capital. Dr Eike Hartmann, Minister of Architecture of the Global Country, and Dr Roget Odet, the Surveyor General, will be joining them there. Raja Harris would like to understand all the various aspects of the construction and the plans for the Brahmastan.
It is now planned that the construction in the Brahmastan will be upgraded to Western standards. There will therefore be a permanent rotating programme to bring construction supervisors and engineers from the West to train local supervisors and engineers in Western standards. 'Already the construction there is beautiful,' Dr Swan said, 'with marble floors and with beautiful marble mandaps*.'
Education projects are being planned in India and meetings are going on with universities and schools: six new education projects to bring invincibility to India and enlightenment to the students of India in many different schools and universities throughout the country.
Dr Swan said that the Ministers and the Rajas of the Global Country of World Peace are now travelling back to MERU in Vlodrop, Holland; and the National Leaders and the Directors of countries are travelling back to their respective countries.
Maharaja Adhiraja Raja Raam will be planning with everyone the new beginning of the activities to create invincibility for every country through the establishment of Maharishi Invincibility Schools. These schools will have the necessary groups of Yogic Flyers to created coherence for each country, the basis of invincibility.
Dr Swan said that it is also intended to quickly start the new series of 12 conferences by Dr John Hagelin, Raja of Invincible America, and Minister of Science and Technology of the Global Country of World Peace, in every country; and also to erect the Maharishi Towers of Invincibility—the gift of the Rajas to Maharishi—first in the 48 countries that have the required number of Yogic Flyers for their nation, and then in the 192 countries of our world.
'There is a feeling that it is such a great blessing to have such a job to do in the world,' said Dr Swan. 'Everybody feels now that we have this duty to perform to Maharishi to create national invincibility and world peace. We feel it is a blessing that cannot be comprehended even. Everybody feels so grateful to Maharishi for this greatest blessing of having this job to do of creating invincibility, enlightenment, and peace for the whole world.
'So all our gratitude goes to Guru Dev, and to Maharishi, and to Maharaja Adhiraj Raja Raam.'
