New Fortune-Creating Home designs now available in Suffolk, England

MSV Homes Ltd are soon to begin the final phase of the development of Fortune-Creating Homes at Maharishi Garden Village in Rendlesham, Suffolk. They are now offering a limited number of newly designed apartments and maisonettes, each of which would have its own entrance and garden.

These are positioned in the price gap between the apartments and the houses so far developed by MSV Homes.

The spacious ground floor apartment, with a north entrance, comprises a living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, and luxury kitchen and dining area. In the living room French doors look out onto a private garden.

The maisonette on the first and second floors has a portico entrance with double doors and lattice fanlight, leading into the ground floor hallway. It has two bedrooms on the first floor and a spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, dormer windows, and fitted wardrobes on the second floor.

On the first floor are the living room, luxury kitchen-diner, bathroom, fitted storage cupboards and large landing. It has its own ample garden. Garages are available for either the apartment or the maisonette.
