Turkey moves toward invincibility through Consciousness-Based Education

Dr Albert Baruh, National Leader and Founder of Invincibility for Turkey for the Global Country of World Peace, reported results of Dr Ashley Deans' speaking tour on Consciousness-Based Education and plans for other activities to make his country invincible.

Last week, Dr Deans visited the country's three major cities, resulting in a full-page news article on the benefits of Maharishi's Transcendental Meditation Programme as well as other publicity. He gave a presentation to television and newspaper reporters, and to students of the country's most successful private university where 50 students learned the technique and are starting a 'TM Club' to share its benefits with their friends.

Dr Baruh reported that Dr Deans then introduced Consciousness-Based Education to school principals, with one learning Maharishi's Transcendental Meditation (TM) Technique the next day, and wanting his school of 6,000 students to begin the programme as soon as possible. Other principals who heard the presentation are scheduled to learn the TM Technique soon. Dr Deans also gave presentations to school directors and the public. Positive newspaper articles from journalists' and editors' interviews with Dr Deans will come out soon; and Dr Baruh said, 'It was a very successful tour.'

Local members of the Global Country of World Peace have planned other activities to enliven their country's collective consciousness and crown it with invincibility. To increase the number of Yogic Flyers in the country, they will host a group of five or six Vedic experts to speak and teach in Turkey's three major cities. These experts include—Vaidyas (experts in Maharishi Ayur-Veda, including pulse diagnosis), Vedic Pandits (peace-creating experts), Transcendental Meditation Teachers, and Administrators who teach the TM-Sidhi Programme, including Yogic Flying.

In addition, Dr Baruh pointed out that last month they held two Residence Courses for TM Teachers and Yogic Flyers, with 25 participants in each. They plan to hold two more such courses in two other cities.

Dr Baruh stated that the Teachers of Transcendental Meditation will open Maharishi Ayurvedic Products stores in the major cities to provide enlightened health care, organic clothing, and other personal products for the people of their country.
