What will the quality of life in America be like when Invincibility has been achieved and what will it be like to live in such a country? This was the question asked to Dr Hagelin, Minister of Science and Technology of the Global Country of World Peace, in the global News Conference on 21 February.

Dr Hagelin answered that on the objective level there will a continuation of rising markets, which means increasing success and profitability of the business and corporate activities of the country; increasing efficiency and success, bringing greater wealth and good fortune to the country economically; a continuing decline in unemployment and inflation; and a decline in the so-called 'Misery Index'; a continued rise in consumer confidence and optimism—all the things that we have seen so far.

There will also be a reduction in illness as the fear and stress dissipate in the country, since most illness is caused or aggravated by stress. Illness is also caused by life-damaging behaviour and habits, all of which will also dissolve away as life is more spontaneously in accord with Natural Law, Dr Hagelin said.

'So we'll see reductions in crime and we will see the rise of Invincibility,' said Dr Hagelin, 'less threat of terrorist attack and other challenges to the security and peace of the country—and all of that on the level of science based upon what has already been published in this field of collective consciousness research on the Maharishi Effect, which increases peace and invincibility through the practice of Yogic Flying.'

Dr Hagelin commented that Dr Morris' description of his experience of the Invincible America Assembly is the best answer to this question. 'What will America feel like, what will it be like to live in such a country that is invincible?' is the real question, said Dr Hagelin, when the Assembly has achieved its goal.
