Belgium has accepted the offer by the Global Financial Capital of New York to fulfill the Six Point Programme for every nation. An inauguration ceremony was held on the auspicious day of Mahashivaratri, 16 February, in the presence of Raja Lucien Mansour, leader of the Global Country for Belgium, in the Brussels Peace Palace.

The six projects, which Belgium intends to implement simultaneously, are:

1. Invincibility for the nation

Belgium needs 325 Yogic Flyers for Invincibility. Groups of Yogic Flyers are being organized, and new courses in the Transcendental Meditation-Sidhi Programme, including Yogic Flying, are planned for the region. In anticipation of the arrival of a group of Vedic Pandits, buildings similar to those at the Capital of the Global Country of World Peace in MERU, the Netherlands, are planned for the Brahmasthan—or geographical centre—of Belgium. The Brussels Peace Palace is being renovated to create a very grand reception and dining area for receptions promoting invincibility in Belgium.

2. Reconstruction of the country by building fortune-creating homes

Talks have begun with builders to ascertain the most practical Peace Colony size. An upcoming Builders Fair will provide a good opportunity to issue invitations to all builders to join the project.

3. Creating high-level Vedic Medical Colleges

Belgium is investigating the possibilities of a fine, well-aligned building close to Brussels, for this purpose.

4. Establishing new Schools, Colleges, and Universities

Land has already been acquired for two schools near Brussels for about 350-400 Yogic Flying students—the required number for creating an invincible Belgium. A third piece of land is earmarked for the 'Central Management College' for 150 Yogic Flyers. Dr Ashley Deans will be visiting late April to spread the knowledge of Consciousness-Based Education throughout the education sector.

5. Promoting Organic Agriculture for healthy food

This is a particularly timely project for Belgium because its agricultural lands have been compromised through pesticide and herbicide use. A new beginning needs to be made so that soils may regenerate and produce healthy foods once again.

6. Elimination of poverty

Belgium, after ensuring that its own citizens are taken care of, will concentrate its efforts on eliminating poverty in the rest of the world by organizing training in Maharishi Vedic Organic farming in less affluent countries so that they can utilize their vast resources of pure, unused, fertile agricultural lands.

On the day of the inauguration of these six projects, the Founder of Invincibility for Belgium, Dr Stijn Vandenbosch, said, 'We are taking this to be a God-sent opportunity and (are operating) under the principle that anything that could be done tomorrow should be done today.'
