Inauguration of Maharishi's Six-Point Programme on Mahashivratri

The date of 16 February 2007 will long be remembered as the day of the initiation of the great new programme to bring Invincibility to every nation, to relieve and eliminate poverty in the world, and to bring all good to everyone and non-good to no one.

On this day—the auspicious day of Mahashivaratri in the Vedic Calendar—a global celebration including Puja (Vedic performance of thanksgiving) was held under the inspiration of His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. Afterwards, Maharishi expressed his deep satisfaction with the performance of the Vedic Pandits, which enlivened the infinite dynamism within the infinite silence of the Unified Field of Natural Law underlying the whole creation, to bring the support of the supreme level of Nature's organizing power to fulfil the 6 programmes of the Global Financial Capital of New York.

Speaking from the Capital of the Global Country of World Peace in MERU, Holland, Maharishi said that with this Puja, we dedicate ourselves to establishing Capitals of Raam Raj throughout the world. 'It is a delightful duty to Guru Dev (Maharishi's Master) that we have Capitals of Raam Raj in every country.'

Following the celebration the Rajas, Ministers, and National Leaders of the Global Country engaged in highly fruitful planning sessions for implementing all six programmes of the Global Financial Capital of New York for every nation.

These 6 programmes are:

1. Crowning the nation with Invincibility

2. Reconstruction of the world in accord with Natural Law

3. Creating high level Vedic medical colleges in each country

4. Establishing universities, colleges and schools in each country

5. Producing healthy food through promoting organic agriculture

6. Eliminating poverty in the world

The planning meetings were highly successful, and in response to the very rapid arrival at a solution to the reconstruction of the world, Maharishi commented: 'This was the momentum of the Puja....We got the fruits (of the Vedic performance) immediately.'

Plans will be finalized and implemented in the coming days to bring all six programmes to fulfilment without delay and bring Heaven on Earth to every country.
