Today is the 20th day of the sixth month of Dutch national consciousness rising to invincibility, as indicated by the following press reports:
1 October 2006
Het Financieele Dagblad: 'More optimism about advertisement spending' - ZenithOptimedia predicts that within the next two years spending on advertisements will continue to increase. On all media types, the international media bureau is clearly more optimistic than two months ago. TV advertising is expected to double, and newspapers are also expected to profit from this economic revival.
De Telegraaf: 'Minister of State Lubbers on spiritual tour' - It is not a combination one would expect: spirituality and Ruud Lubbers, former Prime Minister, CDA politician, and former UN top man. For Lubbers, spirituality means to find oneself in this fast, rush-rush society. 'To ponder, take distance and so get into harmony with oneself'. Sustainability for future generations only works if man gets into harmony with himself and with others. Spirituality and a sustainable world are inter-connected.
De Telegraaf: 'Deputy ministers Ms Karien Van Gennip of Economic Affairs, and Mr Bruno Bruins of Education, want enterprising students' - Pupils from four years old to college-aged need to get entrepreneurship in their blood. The cooperation between occupational education and industry needs to yield more apprenticeships. Deputy ministers of Economic Affairs and Education will reserve almost a quarter of a billion Euros for young entrepreneurs in the coming two years.
De Telegraaf: 'Parliament votes for lower corporate tax. Working towards profit accepted' - Parliament agreed to lowering of the corporate tax rate from 29.6% to 25.5%. This enhances the fiscal competition position of Holland.
Creating national invincibility
Groups of experts in Yogic Flying are engaged in creating coherent national consciousness in the Netherlands, United States, Canada, Hamsa (Hungary), and an increasing number of other nations, which are enjoying a dramatic and sustained upsurge in positive economic and social trends.
Dr Paul Gelderloos, Prime Minister of the Global Country of World Peace for the Netherlands, reports that 400 Yogic Flyers have been assembled at MERU, the Netherlands, since 12 April 2006.
Extensive research published in the world's leading scientific journals has found that the group practice of the Transcendental Meditation Sidhi Programme Yogic Flying by the square root of one per cent of a population is sufficient to reduce negative trends, including crime and violence, and to promote positive economic and social tendencies throughout society.
The cost to train and employ such a group is a small fraction of what any government spends on its military in a single day.
Maharishi's approach to invincibility is in sharp contrast to the conventional military approach. 'Our approach does not require the government to sacrifice the youth for the sake of the nation—because when the youth are killed in war, then for whom is the nation?' Maharishi said.
The harmony and progress of the human race are founded on the internal harmony and progress of every individual. No stress, no strain, no impediment, no difficulty can withstand the totally benign influence of the enlivenment of the Unified Field of Natural Law, the field of Transcendental Consciousness, the field of pure knowledge, through Maharishi's Transcendental Meditation and TM-Sidhi Programme.
